- Login required for public deployments, two-factor authentication (TOTP), attempt limits, encrypted secret keys, HTTPS
- Permission for each connection (read-only, draft, full access) is enforced by the system
- The brain is an open markdown file: easy to back up, no vendor lock-in
- Choose a cloud model or a locally run model (Ollama, OpenAI-compatible endpoint)
Additional requirements such as access logs or multi-user role-based permissions are not yet built-in features; we assess and propose a solution for each project.

Questions from businesses
Does company data leave the company?
The brain is stored on the business's server as markdown files. When a cloud model is used (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini…), the content needed to answer is sent to that provider under its terms. For sensitive data (contracts, finance, customer data) a locally run model can be used. We classify data with you from the very first survey session. For personal data, businesses must comply with the 2025 Law on Personal Data Protection (effective from 1/1/2026).
What do we need to prepare before deployment?
One point of contact at the company, your existing documents (no need to pre-organize them), access to the systems to be connected, and a decision on the AI model option (cloud plan/API or local model).
What do monthly AI and operating costs include?
Javis OS is open source (MIT). Costs include: server/VPS (estimated 300,000–700,000 VND/month if running 24/7, depending on configuration) and AI model costs. Note: providers may restrict personal plans for background tasks, on a VPS, or shared among several users; for businesses we therefore recommend an API key or a plan that complies with the provider's terms.
Which systems can it connect to?
15+ built-in services (Pancake POS, Meta/Google/TikTok Ads, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slack, Lark, Zalo…). Specialized systems can be connected through MCP.
Can staff who are not tech-savvy use it?
Yes. Staff work through the familiar chat interface, Telegram or Zalo. We train by role and hand over guide documents.
What if we change AI providers later?
The brain belongs to you, so you can switch between Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini… without losing knowledge.
Do we get support after handover?
Yes. You can choose the Support plan for monitoring, optimization and priority technical support.
Do you guarantee business results?
We deploy and operate the tools. Results depend on the quality of your documents, your infrastructure configuration and how well your team adopts them; we do not commit to specific revenue or savings.
