Common challenges

Are you facing these problems?

💬

Repeated customer replies

The same questions about prices, sizes, shipping and returns appear dozens of times a day, including after hours.

📊

Scattered figures

Revenue sits in the POS, costs in Ads, reconciliation in Google Sheets; gathering it all takes hours every morning.

🧑‍🎓

New staff each answer in their own way

Return and promotion policies live in the old hands' heads, and training never makes them consistent.

📣

Multichannel content takes people

The same product must be rewritten for Facebook, TikTok, Zalo and marketplaces: a different voice each time.

How Javis OS solves it

Four concrete scenarios

Each scenario comes with an example question and the result you get.

Zalo bot serving customers 24/7

Answers based on the shop's price list and policies, remembers each customer's history, and hands off to a human when out of scope.

Customer: "Is this shirt still available in size M, and how many days to ship to Can Tho?" → The assistant checks inventory (when POS is connected) and shipping policy, then answers with sources.

Daily morning report on Telegram

Summarize yesterday's revenue, slow-moving stock and pending orders from Pancake POS and Google Sheets.

Shop owner texts: "Yesterday's revenue by channel?" → gets a summary table and a report file.

Write once, publish to many channels

Write content in the brand voice and create a version for each platform for managers to approve.

Enter a product description → get a Facebook post, a short TikTok script and a Zalo message.

Standardize policies into a wiki

Gather return, warranty and promotion policies into sourced, searchable knowledge for the whole team.

Staff asks: "Can a customer exchange goods after 10 days?" → the assistant cites the exact clause.

Roadmap

Start small, expand under control

1

Channel and data survey

Identify sales channels, the POS/Ads systems in use, common customer questions, and classify data.

2

Pilot the Zalo bot and morning report

Build the brain from price lists and policies; connect POS in read-only mode; run a trial with one customer group.

3

Multichannel expansion and training

Add multichannel content creation and reconciliation workflows; train staff and hand over AI usage rules.

Frequently asked questions

For retail and e-commerce

Can Javis OS connect to Pancake POS?

Yes. Javis OS has built-in connections to Pancake POS, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Sheets, Zalo and many other services. Each connection's permission is set to read-only, draft or full access.

Will the bot quote the wrong price to customers?

The assistant only answers from the loaded price list and policies, with cited sources. For content that affects money, you can set draft mode so staff approve before sending.

Where is the shop's customer data stored?

The brain is stored on the business's own server. Customers' personal data is processed under the 2025 Law on Personal Data Protection; we advise on a local-model option when needed.

What does the cost include?

The software carries no license fee. Costs include the server, AI models, Zalo ZNS messages (if used) and MienTay Media's deployment services, quoted after the survey.
