Common challenges

Are you facing these problems?

📞

Repeated admissions answers

Tuition, opening schedules, learning paths and outcome commitments are asked about daily across many channels.

🗂️

Scattered teaching materials

Lesson plans, tests and lectures sit on many computers; new teachers find them hard to reach.

⏰

Manual reminders

Reminding students and parents about class schedules and tuition takes administrative staff time.

📈

Slow admissions reports

Leads, enrollment and course completion figures collected by hand from many sources.

How Javis OS solves it

Four concrete scenarios

Each scenario comes with an example question and the result you get.

Admissions Q&A

Answers based on approved programs, tuition and opening schedules; records needs so an adviser can call back.

A parent asks: "When does the IELTS class for 9th graders start?" → the assistant answers from the official schedule and asks for contact details.

Teaching knowledge base

Gather lesson plans, tests and grading guides into a linked wiki; teachers ask and get results with sources.

A new teacher asks: "What is the B1 writing grading process?" → gets the center's standard guidance.

Reminders and notifications

Create class-schedule and tuition notices via Zalo ZNS with templates approved by Zalo.

A system that reminds students 24 hours before class, for those who agreed to receive messages.

Reports for the school board

Summarize leads, enrollments and completion rates from Google Sheets and management systems.

A principal texts: "Enrollments this week by source?" → gets a summary table.

Frequently asked questions

For education and training

Is student data safe when using AI?

Data is classified. Students' identifying information, especially for people under 16, is not put on public AI platforms; a locally run model can be used, and parental or guardian consent is required as prescribed.

Can it send class reminders via Zalo?

Yes, via Zalo ZNS using a message template approved by Zalo, and only sent to people who agreed to receive messages.

Do teachers need technical skills?

No. Teachers ask in natural language; MienTay Media provides training and hands over guides.

How much does it cost?

The software carries no license fee; costs include the server, AI models and deployment services, quoted after the survey.
